If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, the Parties agree to submit the matter to arbitration before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the Parties under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and the exclusive venue and seat shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
9. Receipt of Payments — Official Banking Mandate
IMPORTANT STATUTORY NOTICE: All payments for services are accepted exclusively in the official name of REXERA FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (or authorized corporate entities) solely via verified "Current Account" through NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, and licensed digital payment gateways (Cashfree, Razorpay).
We do not accept payments on personal bank accounts, UPI IDs belonging to individuals, or under any other entity name. REXERA is a registered corporate entity and trademark; we assume zero liability for payments made to unauthorized third parties claiming association with our brand.

10. Comprehensive Refund & Cancellation Policy
This section details the terms, conditions, and procedure governing refund requests and service cancellations for engagements entered into with Rexera Financial Services.
A. Definitions
- Service Provider: REXERA FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, rendering financial consulting, scheme liaison, or incorporation services.
- Service Receiver: The registered individual or corporate client availing specified services under an executed agreement.
B. Eligibility Requirements for Refund
The Service Receiver will be eligible to claim a refund only after a thorough technical and operational assessment of the service milestone is conducted by the Service Provider, or as expressly stated in duly executed agreements, undertakings, or mandate letters signed by both parties.
C. Types of Refunds & Timeframe
Refunds shall cover amounts specifically determined in executed agreements or mutually agreed in writing between the Service Provider and Service Receiver.
45 Working Days Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed and disbursed within 45 working days following the receipt of all required verification documents, bank account confirmations, and clearance letters.
D. Refund Process
- An official notification email will be dispatched from Rexera detailing the refund assessment, terms of compliance, and approved refund amount.
- The Service Receiver must formally accept and acknowledge the terms via email response.
- The Service Receiver must provide authorized corporate bank details (Account Number, Account Name matching invoices, and Branch IFSC Code).
- Upon receipt and validation of details, the finance department initiates the NEFT/RTGS transfer within the 45 working day window.
