Submit invoice and proof of delivery (POD) on discounting portal or TReDS platform.

3

80-90% Advance

Lender validates invoice and credits 80% to 90% of invoice amount to your account in 24 hrs.

4

Buyer Payment

Corporate buyer settles the full invoice amount with the lender on normal 60/90 day credit terms.

5

Balance Release

Lender remits remaining 10-20% balance to you, deducting nominal discount fee (1-1.5%/mo).

FACTORING STRUCTURES

Recourse vs. Non-Recourse Factoring

Recourse Factoring

The seller remains responsible for reimbursing the factor if the buyer fails to pay upon invoice maturity. Features lower discounting interest rates and higher advance percentages.

Best for: Trusted regular buyers with solid payment histories
️

Non-Recourse Factoring

The lending institution absorbs 100% of the credit default risk if the corporate buyer goes bankrupt or defaults. Completely protects your balance sheet from bad debts.

Best for: New corporate accounts and large export orders
